Manny has been in the HR & staffing industry for over 25+ years. His staffing career began with Select Personnel Staffing in 1997, and then on to CORESTAFF Staffing from 1999-2007. In his career, Manny has held roles in staffing, recruiting, and on-site management. Manny started with Link Staffing in 2007 as an Area Manager over three offices. He is now a Franchisee owner of the Viking Staffing offices in the City of Montebello and Fresno, CA. 

Manny draws from his experience and employs quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction. He leads internal staff members and manages a large contingency of contractors and temporary associates. He has been a key player in accounts for the past 25+ years and continually works to improve business relationships. 

Manny's philosophy to service is that he is truly an extension of his customer’s human resources department, and his goal in serving his customers is for them to clearly see the value he and Viking Staffing bring to their contingent labor programs.

Johanna Mendez

Franchise Co-Owner

Johanna has been in the staffing and recruiting industry for the past 15+ years. Her staffing career began over 20 years ago when she started in customer service. In 2008, she started with Link staffing as an Franchisee owner in the City of Industry. She is now a Franchisee owner of the Viking Staffing offices in both Montebello, CA and Fresno, CA.

 Johanna uses her customer service skills to bring in the best talent and connect with all clients and employees on extraordinary levels. Her vast experience has led her to create high quality service and her work ethic continues to prosper and shine. She has always been a team player and ensures that her internal staff are always prepared and satisfied. 


Being a woman owned small business owner, Johanna exceeds all expectations and thrives to help the community and continue to grow the work force.
